Each facility is visually distinct, with its own access, street presence and basement carpark. Thoughtful design helps facilitate the transition from low to high-care for residents, supporting their changing needs.The scope of work comprises the construction of a new state-of-the-art Bayview building providing new learning spaces, learning lounges, an administration centre, a science laboratory and a fully landscaped rooftop deck. The work also involves a new lower ground-level carpark and upper-level sporting oval which is to be built on the current Eblana and Bayview Oval.
